• Description and scope of data processing
  With this form, we offer users the opportunity to register for the graduation ceremony, the faculty's alumni network and the Uniball. If a user takes. advantage of this opportunity, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to the FK4 alumni team and the organizing team for the graduation ceremony and stored there. If you would like to receive a ticket for the Uniball, the following data XYZ will be forwarded to ?!, s.t. your ticket can be deposited. The data will not be passed on to thrid parties. The following data is also stored at the time the form is submitted: Date and time of registration. Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data as part of the sending process and reference is made to this privacy policy.
• Legal basis for data processing
  The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given consent. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the email contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the preocessing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung der Daten ist bei Vorliegen einer Einwilligung des Nutzers Art. 6 ABs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung der Daten, die im Zuge einer Übersendung einer E-Mail übermitttelt werden, ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Zielt der E-Mail-Kontakt auf den Abschluss eines Vertrages ab, so ist die zusätzliche Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit b DSGVO.
• Purpose of data processing
  The processing of personal data from the input mask serves us to organize the graduation ceremony and the Uniball, as well as the organization of the alumni network. If you contact us by email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data. The other personal data processed during the submission process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
• Duration of storage
  The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achiece the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input screen of the account form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances tht the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
• Image and sound recordings during the celebration
  Photographers commissioned by the university will be taking photos during the gradutation ceremony. We assume that participants or other persons involved in the event consent - through their attendance and behavior - to the creation and publication of photos exclusively for the university's public relations purposes, including on social media. This consent also includes making the images available for download from our websites.
  For photos in ehcih individuals are the central focus, those concerned have the right to inform the photographers at any time that they do not wish to be photographed.
  During the presentation of certificates, a commemorative photo will be taken of each graduate. If you do not wish to have this photo taken, please inform us in advance by emailing your name to: alumnifk4[at]uni-wuppertal.de
