Further important information on the graduation celebration
All participating graduates will be called up individually and by name to be honoured. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we would ask you to find out now which running group you belong to. Please take a look at the running lists of the participants, where you will find the last four digits of your matriculation number.

Please also take a look at the running schedule for lecture hall 33.
Running schedule
On Thursday or Friday morning, the seating plan for the various groups will also be uploaded to this website.
If you arrive by car, you can park in car park A or C (see Grifflenberg site plan). Both car parks will remain open until 22:30.
If you fall ill or are otherwise unable to attend at short notice, please send a short message to alumnifk4(at)uni-wuppertal.de so that we can remove you from the list.
FAQ
You can bring up to two guests to the graduation ceremony. Please enter a total of three people on the registration form (your own registration plus that of your two guests).
As a graduate, you will receive a free ticket sponsored by BarmeniaGothaer in the "Flanierkarte" category for the evening ball the next day (Saturday 8 November) when you attend our graduation ceremony. When you register for the graduation ceremony, please indicate whether you would like to use your free ticket for the ball. Your free ticket will then be reserved for you. The free ticket is personalised and therefore cannot be transferred to another person. If you do not attend the graduation ceremony or do not turn up despite having registered, your free ticket will be cancelled. Any free tickets that have already been activated will then be cancelled.
The coordination of the Uniball tickets is not done by the schools, but by the central alumni office of the BUW.
If you make use of your free ticket, you also have the opportunity to purchase additional strolling tickets from the accompanying ticket contingent. Both contingents will be activated in mid-October. You will then receive an e-mail with all the information about the activation, the ticket shop access and the activation code for your free ticket. Here you can then activate your free ticket and purchase the accompanying tickets.
Please note: The contingent of accompanying tickets only includes tickets in the "Flanierkarte" category (€35 per ticket plus advance booking fee) and is limited: A maximum of two accompanying tickets are available per graduate, while stocks last. If you do not attend the graduation ceremony or do not turn up despite having registered, your free ticket will be cancelled. Free tickets that have already been activated will then be cancelled.
